A pleasure to work with
Janis was very helpful and knowledgeable with the selling of our home. She was very professional, and had a great understanding of the housing market. She helped guide us with how to have our house ready for selling, and was always very easy to get ahold of with questions that came up. When the showings started coming in, we would get a call when to be out of the house, which we appreciated. She worked hard on the sell of our home, and was always considerate and polite. This was our first time selling a house, and she made the experience a good one for us. I would not hesitate to reach out to her again, should we need a realtor in the future.
