Katsumi is the real deal. This is the second transaction I have done with him and couldn't be happier!

We chose Kathy not only for the purchase of our new home but for the sale of our old home as well. The purchase of our new home was stressful do to the lender we had chose. During this process Kathy handled every detail with strength and knowledge. We were both impressed and glad that we had Kathy on our side. In the end Kathy provided us once again with what we needed to leave the lender that had almost caused us to lose both our homes and directed towards an amazing company (fairway) that came in and saved the day!!! We would recommend Kathy to anyone that is looking for a knowledgable, strong, caring agent to represent them in their home buying/selling experience.
