He employed a photographer who took amazing photos of the interior and exterior of the home and demonstrated a professional and very calm demeanor when the buyer low balled us on the first offer. John eventually got the same buyer to come up to an acceptable final offer on our home. As a buyers agent, John was extremely responsive to our requirements for a new home beating other bids by moving quickly to close the sale before the open house. We never got into bidding situation because of John's speed and professionalism working with the other agent. We are now living in our dream home thanks to John!
