I would like to take this opportunity to thank Rick, Jessica, John, Janice and the whole team who worked through not only a difficult sale, but during a difficult time of covid. Our property was not a small challenge with roots on the property from the late 1800's to today. Not only did we use them for two personal property and equipment auctions (one at their Richmond Mall location and one on-site), but for the sale of a farm with well over 100 acres with multiple buildings. Their auction audience not only spanned multiple counties, but also multiple states. Due to the nature of the land sale, it took months to complete land surveys, planning and zoning meeting and challenges along the way. They helped by being there for all the phone calls, messages and questions that I had in this unfamiliar territory. Again, I would like to thank you all for your assistance through this transition.
