Another easy transaction. And when we sought a fixer-upper in a great neighborhood in 2021, when the market was in a crazy state, she found us a gem. Another perfect experience! Living 90 minutes away, we'd never have gotten through its sale in 2025 without her decades of experience and expertise helping resolve the issues we encountered. Her instincts were always reliable. When a referral was needed to any kind of contractor, she shared folks with whom we had great experiences. In our experience, there's nothing Carol doesn't know and nothing she hasn't seen. She was also great with communications to keep everyone on track. It was obvious she has the respect of other agents and real estate professionals, and that mattered! We loved working with her son Eric as well. It was great to see her high standards and decades of experience being passed on.
