It was hard to be taken seriously as residents of Colorado that we wanted to uproot and move to a house on a lake. Sandy spent over an hour on an initial call with my husband taking notes on what we were looking for. For the first time in 3 years, we started receiving MLS notifications for homes that met our criteria and price range. Sandy drove to Danville several times to show up homes virtually and listened carefully to our input. Thanks to her diligence we are now living in our dream home on Herrington Lake!

I stated looking for my dream lakefront home 3 years ago across a five state area while living a 1000 miles away in Colorado. I probably spoke with 25 different realtors during that same period. Everyone of them promised to help find my home and update me frequently and NOT ONE of them ever did. At most, that added my email to the mls and never bothered calling me or following up with potentials homes. They never took me seriously. All of that changed when I contacted Sandy Allnutt back in March of 2023. She actually took an hour and a half of her time the very first time we spoke and was basically interviewing me with what my wife and I wanted to try to accomplish, what we were looking for, our likes, our dislikes, and everything in-between. That’s when I knew something was different with Sandy versus all the rest and that she was a superstar. Shortly after that, Sandy was carving out time to drive 2 hours round trip to FaceTime us homes. Sometimes even going back a second time because of the additional questions we had. I could take at least another 3 pages of type to describe all the miracles that have occurred since I’ve crossed paths with Sandy; however, I’ll simply end with Sandy found my wife and I our dream lakefront home in Danville, Kentucky on Lake Harrington. She took me seriously from the start and for that alone I will forever be grateful to Sandy Allnutt. She is the BEST!!

Excellent Every Step of the Way! Kelsey took the stress out of selling our home. Courteous and professional, as well as candid and friendly, which led to a much more relaxed experience overall. Kelsey took wonderful photos and wrote an excellent bio for our home and our home sold quickly! She stayed in contact the entire time and even put any relevant offers/info into a spreadsheet for easier reading! When the offers started coming in, Kelsey's knowledge was key and helped us to consider the information with confidence and she also offered honest suggestions without being pushy. 10/10, would work with Kelsey again and hope to in the future when I begin to look for a new home!
