Very good and smooth experience

Home was a Repo, involved experience with working with HUD and a time sensitive bidding format. Everything worked surprisingly well. Very good communication throughout the process. I would work with Retina again if something else happens to come up.

Maggie Wells took me through multiple homes - always with a smile on her face!! she listened to my wants and wishes - no matter how many times I changed my mind!! She set up a web link so that I could take my time reviewing the available properties - which I loved the convenience of!! And even when I thought I had found the perfect home - she made every effort to make it happen for me - and was so gracious when I had second thoughts and changed my mind!
