We reached out to Jaime for help to quickly list our property during a narrow window we had to address it before we needed to focus time elsewhere. Jaime was able to get the property listed extremely quickly and leaned in on some steps to prevent us being blocked. Jaime worked efficiently and with very little need for input from us. If I ever decide to shop real estate in KY again, Jaime is the first person I would reach out to for help!
Jaime made the home buying process as smooth as he could. He’d take calls and texts late and early, if he didn’t get back right away it’d be within 12 hours, even on vacation. He’s extremely knowledgeable, kind, and I hope he goes on to have a wonderful career
Jaime was patient, responsive, and always one step ahead, guiding me through every showing, answering all my questions (no matter how small), and offering honest insights that helped me make the best decision. Their deep knowledge of the market and sharp negotiation skills gave me full confidence at every stage.
Jamie was absolutely amazing he was so kind he listened to all of my words and my needs of what I wanted in a Dream Home he fulfilled all of my wishes I want to thank him once again for helping my family make our Dream Come True and thank you from the bottom of our hearts
He was quick to find the houses in my budget and suited our needs and want and was quick to help and guide me through the processes I was unfamiliar with and it was a pleasure to have him as my agent.
Jaime was so incredibly helpful! He was amazing at remembering details to my house hunting wants and needs. Jaime was always in communication with me as I was buying from out of state. He would personally send videos of every location (which was a lot)and give me honest recommendations. I could not have done this at all without the professionalism and care that Jaime puts towards his clients. I WILL be recommending Jaime to everyone who is looking to purchase or sell. After this experience we consider him a member of our tribe and cant thank him enough, as I was ready to quit a few times.
