I spent a lot of time with Andy looking at several homes all over Kentucky. He came prepared with information sheets , ratings and extensive knowledge of the area I was looking to move to. Andy offered great insights and made the whole process easy. He was willing to work with my selling agent from another state without any hesitation. We moved out of state and had to do the closing by overnight mail.
