Even after we found the house we had multiple hiccups on the sellers end that Zach was able to navigate us as well as the seller (who was unrepresented) through. If Zach wasn’t able to meet us for a showing (which only happened twice in the span of almost a year) we were able to meet with another of Kirkpatricks agents and never had to delay. Truly could not have done this without him and his immense knowledge of Kentucky real estate, the Lexington market, and architecture and construction.
