Michelle has been a wonderful realtor to work with! She travelled all over north, south, and central Kentucky to meet with us for ten months before we finally found our new home. She always answered our texts and emails promptly and with such courtesy. Having been in our previous home for 34 years, we weren't very educated on the current home buying process (which has changed a lot since 1991!), so I know we asked her many "stupid" questions, but she always answered them promptly and politely! Michelle was very knowledgeable on the market and how to make a good, competitive counter-offer. We would not have gotten our new home if it wasn't for the good advice she gave us on the counter-offer!
