Makes sure you understand how everything works and the costs of selling your home. Give Great advice on what you need to do to the home to help it sell fast and at a good price. Explains what houses around you are selling for and where you need to be in the price.

If you are looking to buy a house I definitely recommend Leah Christian. She was very helpful with giving a true opinion of houses I chose to look at. She accommodated me with me being in Oklahoma and wanting to move to Owensboro. There was great communication. When I arrived she took me to two houses right away. The next day she had yo attend a funeral but got someone to continue showing me around. Later she did meet with me. After I went back to Oklahoma she continued to communicate with me on the house I wanted to buy with items the seller was wanting to sell out of the house. I hadn’t bought a house in 40 years and she guided me in the process. She met with my sister to give keys because I wouldn’t be in Owensboro for another day. With the weather being cold, she provided a space heater for the tankless water heater until I could get one myself. It’s been a week since I moved in and she continues to help me.
