If you are looking to buy a house I definitely recommend Leah Christian. She was very helpful with giving a true opinion of houses I chose to look at. She accommodated me with me being in Oklahoma and wanting to move to Owensboro. There was great communication. When I arrived she took me to two houses right away. The next day she had yo attend a funeral but got someone to continue showing me around. Later she did meet with me. After I went back to Oklahoma she continued to communicate with me on the house I wanted to buy with items the seller was wanting to sell out of the house. I hadn’t bought a house in 40 years and she guided me in the process. She met with my sister to give keys because I wouldn’t be in Owensboro for another day. With the weather being cold, she provided a space heater for the tankless water heater until I could get one myself. It’s been a week since I moved in and she continues to help me. Thank you Leah so very much.
