When we needed help with a garage door repair, she immediately provided a reliable contact. When we realized a fire alarm was missing, she even sent one to us herself. On closing day, she surprised us with a thoughtful welcome home basket that meant so much and really showed how much she cares about her clients. She always answered our questions quickly, never made us feel like we were bothering her, and set up showings as soon as possible.
