She helped me with getting everything ready, explaining all the contracts from listing to the sale!! Listened to my complaints, and honestly helped me as a person!! Kina is one of the best agents I have ever worked with in over 40 years of bring in the field myself. Kina is fantastic!!! She sold my house in two days with multiple offers on it. She also takes the stress out of the process, and will answer any questions you have. Also the sweetest and laid back person too. Do yourself a favor and use her as your realtor. She also made buying my next house a breeze as well. Kina stays present for everything, she has been at every meeting with the lenders and through the building process.
