Kina is very good at being a realtor, but, it’s refreshing cause she actually brings humanity back to being a realtor. It’s not just a sale, numbers or views. She helped me with getting everything ready, explaining all the contracts from listing to the sale!! Listened to my complaints, and honestly helped me as a person!! Kina is one of the best agents I have ever worked with in over 40 years of bring in the field myself. I have retired to Tennessee from Florida after owning a real estate property management company and buying and selling real estate for years. Kina is fantastic!!! She sold my house in two days with multiple offers on it. She also takes the stress out of the process, and will answer any questions you have.
