We have somewhat odd work schedules and Rob was always available for a call or to respond to an email even late into the evening. Rob was able to provide useful insight about the property and was quick to get requested information from the seller's agent. We never felt rushed or like an afterthought. Any communication written or otherwise always felt like it was given 100% of his attention We were able to secure a house we love for a price we are very happy with and Rob played an integral role in the process.
