Rob helped the reviewer buy this property

Exceptional Support for an Out-of-State Move

Working with Rob was a fantastic experience. Since we were relocating from out of state, Rob truly became our eyes and ears on the ground throughout the entire home-buying process. From the moment we found our house, he was attentive, detail-oriented, and incredibly responsive, ensuring all paperwork was completed accurately and on time for a smooth closing. During the inspection period, he was proactive and thorough with follow-ups, especially when a few concerns required extensive research and detailed record reviews. Despite the amount of work involved, Rob handled everything with ease and kept us informed every step of the way. Rob went above and beyond by coordinating a local notary so we could sign documents before moving to the area. We would highly recommend Rob to anyone buying a home in the area, particularly those relocating to Cincinnati from out of state. Thank you, Rob, for all your hard work and for helping make our transition into our new home such a positive experience!
