MBA in Finance / Marketing with experience in designing / executing marketing programs and financial forecasting. 2. Why did you choose a career in real estate? I wanted to help people find the home of their dreams while also making a sound business decision. 3. What area do you live in currently and what do you like about where you live? I live in the Hyde Park neighborhood of Cincinnati. I like it because of the architecture, the schools, its central location, and the friendly people. 4. How do you spend your free time? In my free time I teach martial arts. I enjoy working with people to improve their physical performance and to learn how to defend themselves. I also spend a lot of time doing volunteer work to improve the community. I help to start Give Back Cincinnati which is a community service group serving the Greater Cincinnati area. 5. If you could only keep 5 possessions what would they be? If I had to leave everything behind, I would keep my photos of family and friends. Working with Rob to buy our new home has been a pleasure from beginning to end. He was endlessly patient and accommodating to our schedule as we looked at dozens of homes. He was careful to let us know early about the places that he thought were a good fit so we could get in quickly. He gave us expert advice at every stage of the negotiation. Throughout the contract period he was thorough, patient and quickly responsive. Even after we closed he has been so helpful by getting estimates and coordinating work at the new house and our old house. I could not imagine this process having been any smoother, due to Rob's skill, professionalism and excellent service.

Excellent communicator willing to move at your pace.

Throughout our home buying journey Rob was responsive and thorough throughout. Rob always made sure we understood the information he was sharing and gave us ample opportunity for questions. We have somewhat odd work schedules and Rob was always available for a call or to respond to an email even late into the evening. Rob was able to provide useful insight about the property and was quick to get requested information from the seller's agent. We never felt rushed or like an afterthought. Any communication written or otherwise always felt like it was given 100% of his attention We were able to secure a house we love for a price we are very happy with and Rob played an integral role in the process.

Excellent Agent

Rob was always available to tour houses. Once we found the one we wanted to buy, he was able to get us in to not only see it again but to meet us for contractors who will work on our condo before we move in. Very helpful in the whole contract, inspection, etc process as well! Recommend highly.

Excellent Realtor

Rob is an incredible realtor, and incredible person as well. He’s upfront and honest with every detail and clearly wants the best for those involved. We used Rob when moving to the area in 2000 on a recommendation from a realtor in our area and Rob got us into a house in a very small, maybe 12-hour window on our first visit to the area. When we decided to sell, Rob was the only call to make. As we were moving 4 hours away, he was willing to do anything we needed and went above and beyond. His attention to detail and suggestions are top notch.

Excellent on all aspects of the transaction

Rob handled our purchase while we were living in a different state. He was always available for email questions, was prompt and thorough with replies, took care of many aspects of the transaction that we had not anticipated, and was thoroughly involved with and attentive to all aspects of this purchase, from start to finish.
