We are new to Louisville and she was very helpful introducing us to different neighborhoods and just general information about Louisville and Kentucky. When we let her know we were coming to town to look at properties, she quickly scheduled appointments and made sure we could see as many homes as possible during our brief stay. She knows the housing market here and was excellent with her communications between us and the seller's agent. She was always quick to answer any questions we had and /or obtaining information for us. She was friendly but professional. We felt very comfortable in her capable hands.

Courtney has been super since the start of our journey over a year ago. Very patient with us looking at countless properties to find the right fit. Every property that we looked at together Courtney had countless comments on location, condition, possibilities, and price. She made the stressful home search lots of fun. Courtney was always available when we needed her and professional in all our meetings.

From expertise, to professionalism, to clear communication, to just being a good human who happens to also be a very good realtor…Lee always cares and has our back. We are super blessed to have met him and have him be our realtor for life.
