My husband and I were first-time homebuyers, so we had no idea where to even start with purchasing our first home. After lots of searching, we finally looked at a new construction house that we fell in love with. We were able to close within 90 days of our accepted offer, which was great for a new construction! Randy has experience with new constructions, so that was a big plus for us too! Bottom line, Randy is great! With a high level of professionalism and in-depth knowledge of the real estate business, Randy checked off everything on our list!
