Really cant say enough good things about Lynne as a realtor and person. She was kind, courteous, very responsive to questions and extremely professional. As a first time home buyer in a tough market, I thought my chances of finding the right house were slim to none. She put together a plan that worked for me and hunted the market, finding me a house rather quickly. Of course, my situation was unique as every situation is, but the diligence she displayed seemed innate. Negotiations, repairs, closing, etc. all went smoothly and I feel confident in my purchase.

I think home buying and selling is usually stressful because we don't do it often. I so appreciated Tricia and her reassurance when I was stressed. She would explain everything clearly in simple terms. When she arranged for pictures of the house, she even pulled a few giant weeds that I had forgotten about!
