Michelle. Thank you for showing us all the houses we requested. We were only in town for 3 days and have seen so many houses near and far and you have had everything scheduled ahead of time and advised us on every house we looked at. Once we found our house you have made the purchase process easy and smooth and answered our questions day and night and weekend. Thank you and would highly recommend you to anyone we know!!!!!!

Michelle recently assisted me with two sales. Very happy with the sales pricing she navigated and she worked well with the purchasing parties towards successful closings. A real pro.

Michelle Gunter is an amazing person and realtor agent. I interviewed what I thought were the top two realtor agents in my area. Michelle‘s understanding of the market and her aggressiveness towards what needed to be done to sell my home. The confidence I felt in her voice, mannerisms and knowledge encouraged my decision to hire her. Once we signed the contract, she was already 10 steps ahead. She made what could be a very stressful endeavor into an enjoyable, smooth adventure. I did my research and I truly understand why she gets such wonderful ratings… She is that good. I highly recommend Ms Gunter and give her a five star rating.
