Rick and Kim Zander worked with us to search for a new home. We had a particular location in mind and specific needs for the new home. Rick set up a search for us and accompanied us to numerous showings at homes we thought might work. Through this search, we found the perfect house. Rick and Kim were our agents on the purchase and we encountered no problems. The Zanders also were our agents to sell our townhouse. In a market with high interest rates, they brought up some creative ideas to assist us in finding the right buyer at the right price. Not only are they great at their job but they are wonderful people. They are very responsive to any concerns or questions and extremely helpful during the offer process. We highly recommend them for your real estate sale and purchase.

During a sunny afternoon of "casually considering moving out of our rental" while touring a local open house, we were referred to Rick Zander and, from the start, were extremely pleased with his professionalism, panache, and performance. He confidently steered us through the entire process of house hunting to purchase in this seemingly chaotic, ludicrously expensive market. Like anyone, we had needs and wants and ultimately found a home that ticked the right boxes. Thankfully, we didn't have to look long and Rick was instrumental in fine-tuning our search. Less time wasted. He was available to show as many homes as we wanted (within reason and within our budget), answer all manner of questions (willing to elucidate on anything we didn't understand), take virtual or in-person meetings, offered up practical information/advice, provided useful "what to expect next" steps, and helped with finding skillful inspectors and repair-persons (as needed). While stressful, Rick (and Kim - thank you for the move-in basket, it was lifesaving the first 2 days) made the process of negotiating and buying our new home as streamlined as possible. Short of literally scheduling our movers, packing our things, and transferring our utilities, Rick shouldered the bulk of the tedious and painstaking materials related to negotiating, financing, scheduling, viewings, inspections, etc. For anyone entertaining the idea of buying a house, I highly recommend Rick. As a sidebar, to make things easier for yourself, I urge you to be as responsive, transparent, and flexible as possible with your realtor, brokers/lenders, etc. as they are for you. Makes what seems like a delicate ecosystem of buying a home far more efficient if you do.

To say we were particular in choosing our next home would be an understatement. In all of our “pickiness” both Rick & Kim always made us feel comfortable to take our time and the right house would come to us. They both also have a vast knowledge of real estate and are very good at helping their buyers understand all of the ins and outs. They made the process seamless and will go the extra mile for their clients!

Rick Zander did a great job for us on the purchase of this home! He went above and beyond to help us through the process and did a lot of support while we were out of town as well!
