I give Cathie an awesome review. I live in San Diego, Ca with an unimproved property in Richmond Ky. Cathie researched and found my phone number and called to ask if I knew someone else besides me was selling my 1 acre lot by marketing it on the internet and with for sale signs posted on the property. I had no such knowledge. I thought that I had sold the lot to a company in Florida ( Land sellers ) and was waiting for them to wire me the proceeds agreed to. Cathie found they were advertising on the internet to sell my lot for way more than I had agreed for them to buy it. This was/is a scam since they were using my land as their inventory to sell and who knows if they would even had paid me. After my contract with the Florida company expired and they had not sold the land at their inflated price I called Cathie and gave the exclusive right to sell it. Not only did she save me from the scammers but she found me a responsible buyer at a better price. My lot is now expertly, and professionally sold at the correct value of the land. Thank you so much Cathie. I will always recommend you as a honest, caring, and professional RE agent.

When I recently sold a local property, I made the wise choice to trust Anita Brown as my agent, and I am so glad that I did! Whether you are buying or selling a home, Anita is without a doubt the best realtor you will ever work with. While most other agents are focused just on the sale, Anita has a genuine concern for her clients and makes them feel like family. Anita is a true professional realtor who takes time to genuinely care, to really listen, and to fully understand the needs of her clients so that she can guide them smoothly through the process of buying or selling a home. Anita makes a tedious process enjoyable. Using her vast experience in the market, Anita will take the time to work with you so that you are not just purchasing a house, you are purchasing a home that you will love. Her knowledge of the local area enables her to explain future growth trends and situations (whether good or bad) so that you are an informed buyer. Without Anita's expertise, the house that I recently sold could have turned into a nightmare. But thanks to her vast market knowledge, she helped me avoid some potential issues and made the process very smooth. She closely monitored the closing process so that we closed as scheduled with no complications. Anita always goes above and beyond, and I am incredibly grateful for her expertise. I highly recommend Anita with absolutely no reservations for her exceptional knowledge of the market and amazing dedication to client satisfaction. I am confident that you will quickly agree!

Sherry treats every property the same no matter the asking price. I've never had a realtor do as much as she did. She went above and beyond to sell my cabin and at a good price too. She is professional, hard working and friendly. Pick her as your realtor and you won't go wrong. She is awesome!
