If anyone fails to consider and retain Patachia Fischer as their realtor, they have missed it. We had purchased and sold previous properties without the aid of a realtor and thought we knew it all. Silly us! She encouraged us to reach beyond our original expectations related to pricing, overall marketing and presentation. Results were beyond our expectations. And if time to sell was not critical, no doubt she would have helped us realize even better results. In our mid-70's, she was patient and understanding. But prodded us to complete the essential details that made the difference. Can't thank her enough.

Kansas was great, there was a lot of snags through out this purchase at no fault of us or Kansas and she took care of everything to make sure the deal got done. Highly recommend !
