Sandy Allnutt is a wonderful realtor. She walked with me every step of the way with the sale of my home. It was a very emotional time and many unknowns for me and she made each step of the sale very easy. We got in a bidding war with the sale and she helped me make a clear concise decision by her explanations of all the pros and cons for each offer and I ended up choosing an offer above asking price.
