I spent a lot of time with Andy looking at several homes all over Kentucky. He came prepared with information sheets , ratings and extensive knowledge of the area I was looking to move to. Andy offered great insights and made the whole process easy. He was willing to work with my selling agent from another state without any hesitation. While I expect this to be the last home I ever purchase, if I needed to I would use Andy again and will refer him to any who need to buy or sell.

We drove to the property, a long open piece of property that from the road looked nothing like we needed. I got out of the car and walked its long length, getting to the edge of the property to a high cliff with the most amazing views. Without my wife ever seeing it, we bought it. Kathy was as excited for us as we were for us. Kathy found us our dream home, from a phone call that many agents ignored. She isn’t just a real estate agent, she is the very best.
