This was the first home we’ve sold and we’re so grateful to have had Mary on our side for it. Mary came to our home 7 months ahead of us listing and helped us plan out the priorities to get our house ready for market. That meeting helped us feel more confident going into things and stay focused on what was most important. When it came time to list, we felt very prepared and confident in Mary making the sale of our home a smooth process. She kept us updated on all the showings and feedback from them, communicated during the open house, and helped us land an offer just days after listing! She helped us understand the offer, pros and cons, and what to expect afterwards. We were prepared for the listing/sales part of the process to be the most time consuming and challenging part, but Mary handled it for us and made it easy. From the time Mary looked at our home until the day we closed on the sale, she was always available to answer any question we had. We can’t recommend Mary enough if you’re hoping to sell your home. After seeing several homes in our neighborhood take months to sell, we thought that was going to be our experience. But our experience was the complete opposite thanks to Mary!

We had a great time working with Mary! She is very friendly and was always quick to respond to questions whenever we had them. She traveled 2 hours away from Lexington multiple times to help show homes in person in order to find our perfect one. Once we did, she was very knowledgeable on the home buying process and made the whole thing go by very smoothly. I can’t recommend Mary enough, we’ve used a few agents before in the past and Mary is at the top of our list. We will be using her again in the future.

Mary’s knowledge of the market, patience throughout the entire process, and professionalism made finding our new home a smooth and enjoyable journey. She took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for, answered every question with honesty and expertise, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. Her attention to detail, excellent communication, and dedication gave us confidence to make our purchase. Thanks to her hard work and guidance, we found the perfect home. We are incredibly grateful for everything she did and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, patient, and trustworthy real estate agent.
