Couldn’t Ask for a Better Selling Experience

This was the first home we’ve sold and we’re so grateful to have had Mary on our side for it. Mary came to our home 7 months ahead of us listing and helped us plan out the priorities to get our house ready for market. That meeting helped us feel more confident going into things and stay focused on what was most important. When it came time to list, we felt very prepared and confident in Mary making the sale of our home a smooth process. She kept us updated on all the showings and feedback from them, communicated during the open house, and helped us land an offer just days after listing! She helped us understand the offer, pros and cons, and what to expect afterwards. We were prepared for the listing/sales part of the process to be the most time consuming and challenging part, but Mary handled it for us and made it easy. From the time Mary looked at our home until the day we closed on the sale, she was always available to answer any question we had. We can’t recommend Mary enough if you’re hoping to sell your home. After seeing several homes in our neighborhood take months to sell, we thought that was going to be our experience. But our experience was the complete opposite thanks to Mary!
