I give Cathie an awesome review. I live in San Diego, Ca with an unimproved property in Richmond Ky. Cathie researched and found my phone number and called to ask if I knew someone else besides me was selling my 1 acre lot by marketing it on the internet and with for sale signs posted on the property. I had no such knowledge. I thought that I had sold the lot to a company in Florida ( Land sellers ) and was waiting for them to wire me the proceeds agreed to. Cathie found they were advertising on the internet to sell my lot for way more than I had agreed for them to buy it. This was/is a scam since they were using my land as their inventory to sell and who knows if they would even had paid me. After my contract with the Florida company expired and they had not sold the land at their inflated price I called Cathie and gave the exclusive right to sell it. Not only did she save me from the scammers but she found me a responsible buyer at a better price. My lot is now expertly, and professionally sold at the correct value of the land.
