I worked with Janine (and the Barron Group of Kelley Williams) to both purchase, and sell the same house, a few years apart. Janine is an ideal agent. She balances her natural friendliness with a strong desire to advocate for her clients. During both processes I never once felt like I was left in the dark, and Janine was always willing to revisit some questions I had or guide me through some tricky steps. Janine goes above and beyond to make herself available (which I really tried never to test. Do real estate agents sleep?). At one point in the selling process we had to fix a single pane of glass on a window, but I was out of state. Janine not only communicated with a contractor, she also went and met him at the house for me! I think this speaks for itself.
