Janine Shackelford

I worked with Janine (and the Barron Group of Kelley Williams) to both purchase, and sell the same house, a few years apart. Janine is an ideal agent. She balances her natural friendliness with a strong desire to advocate for her clients. During both processes I never once felt like I was left in the dark, and Janine was always willing to revisit some questions I had or guide me through some tricky steps. Janine goes above and beyond to make herself available (which I really tried never to test. Do real estate agents sleep?). At one point in the selling process we had to fix a single pane of glass on a window, but I was out of state. Janine not only communicated with a contractor, she also went and met him at the house for me! I think this speaks for itself. If working with a confident, collaborative and supportive agent is important to you; look no further. I can't recommend Janine highly enough.

Recently my wife and I worked with Janine Shackelford and overall we had a great experience with her. We’ve worked with a couple different realtors some who were amazing and some who were not but she was hands down a pleasure to work with!

This is the 3rd time working with Janine. She helped us find a hone a few years ago and then helped sell ours. She then helped us buy another hone recently. I will definetly use her to sell ours again. She is very friendly lots of knowledge of real estate. She gives her honest opinions and is truly there to help you find your dream hone and not there to make a sell.
