Sandy and the Allnutt group were a dream to work with during our house hunting adventure. Sandy and her staff provided outstanding support throughout the process of showing homes, working with our lender and finally completing the sale at the title company. I recommend Sandy Allnut for your home buying experience.

Sandy Allnutt is a wonderful realtor. She walked with me every step of the way with the sale of my home. It was a very emotional time and many unknowns for me and she made each step of the sale very easy. We got in a bidding war with the sale and she helped me make a clear concise decision by her explanations of all the pros and cons for each offer and I ended up choosing an offer above asking price. She kept in touch even during a personal family time trip which was greatly appreciated. I plan to stay in South Carolina but If I ever move back to Lexington, Sandy is the first person I will call!

Kristy was wonderful to work with! She is detailed, incredibly helpful, professional and so friendly! She made this transaction more than that and I’ll be sad not to see her so often now!

Maggie helped me buy this house years ago and was there for me again when it was time to sell. She made a difficult time so much easier, sold my house quickly, and was always patient and responsive—even when I had a million questions! I’m so grateful for all her help and support and couldn’t recommend her more!

Maggie was exceptionally kind and generous with her time during the entire selling process and provided wonderful staging advice that I believe had a material effect on the property selling so fast. Very grateful for her as our agent.

I could not have asked for a better experience than I had with Maggie Wells and the Live in Kentucky Homes Team. From our first conversation through closing and even after I moved in, Maggie and her team consistently went above and beyond. They were incredibly responsive, patient, and always willing to answer my questions, no matter how many I had. Every step of the process was explained clearly, and I always felt informed and supported. What impressed me most was that they genuinely cared. They advocated for me throughout the transaction, worked hard behind the scenes to solve problems, accommodated scheduling changes, and even checked on me after closing to make sure everything was going well. She cared about my peace of mind just as much as getting me to the closing table. Even after closing, the relationship did not end. They surprised me with a thoughtful housewarming gift, and continued to be available whenever I had questions. Those are small acts that say a great deal about the character of a realtor. Buying a home is one of the biggest decisions a person can make. Maggie and her entire team made what could have been a stressful experience feel exciting and manageable. I never felt like just another client. I felt like I had people in my corner who genuinely wanted the best outcome for me. If you are looking for a realtor who is knowledgeable, honest, responsive, and truly cares about her clients long after the papers are signed, I cannot recommend Maggie Wells and the Live in Kentucky Homes Team highly enough.
