Working with Johnathan for the purchase of our home couldn't have been easier. He was extremely responsive to our calls and texts, was quick to reach out with any new information on the homes we were interested in, and he seemed to know the areas we were looking at pretty well. The whole process ran smoothly, he explained everything to us on every document we had to sign, and the negotiation process couldn't have gone better--he knows what he's doing. We got the first house we put an offer on, and there were multiple offers! Overall we couldn't be happier.

Very diligent, made sure we were satisfied with anything we needed. Amazing response time and lots of help thru the entire process. I would highly recommend her to anybody that wants to sell or buy a home and make a long term friend as well. Very welcoming and feels like family when working with Sabrina.

Mr. Ford worked with us to provide guidance on updating the house and obtaining an offer. He was professional throughout the process and supported us along the way.

John is very personable and knows every bit of information on the home buying process and who to contact otherwise. He is very diligent and flexible with schedules and works extremely hard to find the right house for you. There is nobody else I would rather entrust this process with than John Groft!
