Jessica is the best! When I decided to sell my house and move to a new neighborhood near family I knew who to call — Jessica Gooch. I can be pretty picky, but she had helped me find the home I was now moving from, and that awesome experience made me immediately go to her this time, too. She listens to clients and gets to know you, then guides you to homes that suit your personality and style while also meeting your functional needs. And when you’re ready to buy she helps you negotiate the best price, then helps you throughout the buying process. And even after you’re in your new home she keeps in touch to ensure everything is going smoothly. I wouldn’t hesitate one nanosecond to recommend Jessica for your real estate needs.

Lee did a great job. He kept us informed every step of the way. I would recommend Lee to anyone interested in buying or selling a home.

Betsy was very attentive to any request my wife and I made. She met with us for over a year and visited multiple locations, many times during non business hrs. We appreciate all of the hard work she put into making sure we were taken care of.

Lacy was extremely easy to work with and made a complicated process very smooth. She was consistently prompt in communication and was able to effectively troubleshoot any bumps or hurdles that came up along with the way. We highly recommend her.

Lacy is a knowledgeable, experienced agent who helped us through a slightly sticky negotiation process where the sellers had 3 offers to consider simultaneously. Her expert advice was a huge asset and my wife and I ultimately prevailed and were able to close on a wonderful home recently ! We would recommend Lacy Hatton to anyone looking to buy or sell a home

I cannot say enough good things about Tyanne! We moved from out of state and were in a bit of a time crunch to buy a home. Tyanne learned about our needs and wants and then excitedly talked us through what locations and neighborhoods she thought would be a good fit. We felt comfortable reaching out at any time and she was so responsive. We came into town to just drive around and get a feel for the area and at the last minute she was able to not only meet with us but set up showings for multiple homes. She kept our two boys entertained so we could walk around the homes without worrying about them romping all over the place. When we put an offer on what we hoped was our dream home and didn’t get it, she was so kind and reassuring. Not long after we saw a home online and she went to see it and she showed us every nook and cranny via FaceTime just a few hours later. She said it was a really nice house and she thought we would like it. We ended up putting an offer down and it was accepted. We didn’t see the home in person until one day before closing - that is how much we were able to trust Tyanne in this process! She was right - we truly love our new home and couldn’t have done any of it from 5 hours away without her! She even got our kids little gifts - they loved her so much and were excited to “see Tyanne who showed us houses” when we finally moved. Cannot recommend Tyanne enough!! She’s good people! ♥️
