Amidst one of the most lopsided seller’s markets in recent history, Erika was somehow able to win us our house for $20,000 less than listing. Erika was available for questions, phone calls, texts and emails at almost every hour of the day and was always happy to assist. We were first time homebuyers and had no clue what we were doing. Erika walked us through every step of the process. For 6 months Erika toured homes with us and never once did it feel she was running out of patience or trying to talk us in to making offers on homes we weren’t interested in. When we finally decided to put an offer in our current home, Erika even challenged the idea to make sure we were serious and considering all options. I truly could not recommend Erika enough as a realtor.

John was so helpful, knowledgeable and outgoing. Right away I knew he would take care of anything we needed. Felt more like a friendship. Sure enough, sold it first day and closing went off without any problems. Very nice gentleman. Thank u again John. Mark and Leesa Siler

Sara has great knowledge of the Kansas City area, and helped us find a home in the Kansas City area for our move from Colorado. We made two trips for an intensive search for our home and Sara stuck with us through 4 offers before we were able to successfully get an accepted offer. She was willing to share resource contacts that was really helpful and even saved my husband when he was stranded with a car problem by taking him to get a rental car. She is up beat, friendly and lots of fun! Thank you Sara for helping in our transition to Kansas City !
