Have used Jim on several occasions and have always found him to be very good in all aspects of the process. Does what he says he will do and in a timely manner. Good person.

Jesse was always on the ball getting things taken care of. We had some issues that weren't Jesse's and he could have said well not my problem but he stepped up and went over and above to help make sure our house got sold. My only disappointment is I can't give him more than 5 stars.
