Throughout the entire ‘roller coaster’ ride of selling my very unusual property, Barbara Wagoner was very patient. She kept the relations between the buyer and seller (I being the seller) on a professional level, while being like a circus juggler, keeping all the balls of legal tasks and relationships on a smooth and forward moving operation. I don’t think that most people could have accomplished this challenge as graciously as Barbara did.
