Errol could not have been more helpful every step of the way from touring homes to actually purchasing my house. He was immediate with his responses to my questions, kept me up to date with new listings I may like, and would go the extra mile to point out any potential issues with houses we toured. Errol never seemed to be in a rush to sell, and was thorough with explaining what would be the next step to check off the list in purchasing my house. He had my best interests at heart, and I would recommend him to anyone wanting to buy or sell in the area.
