I've dealt with numerous realtors in the past and Kirk listens. I can't emphasize how important that has been through the whole experience. he knows what to look for, items and possible issues you may have not considered to make sure you get a quality home.

As first time home buyers we got all the information and support we needed from Kirk and his team. They helped us understand the market, gave us books on real estate, and coordinated all the inspections as well as a walk through and several maintenance items that needed to be performed. We were very thankful to have them guide us through the process and help us get to the finish line on our first home.

Kirk has been outstanding to work with. He went above and beyond to help us secure our home. He answered all of our questions and offered support on every obstacle. He’s incredibly knowledgeable in his field and a great guy over all. We have found our forever realtor and would highly recommend him to anyone.
