I had a great experience working with Erica throughout the home-buying process. She was always responsive when I had questions and did a great job explaining things when I wasn't sure about something. She was knowledgeable about the market and helped me understand what to look for when viewing homes and making an offer. She was great during negotiations and made sure I understood my options before making any decisions. I never felt pressured into doing something I wasn't comfortable with. Erica's professionalism and communication really stood out, and she made what could have been a stressful process much easier. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
