As a single woman and an out-of-state buyer — two groups that can often face challenges or receive less-than-stellar service in the real estate world — I was prepared for a bumpy experience. But working with Adam completely shattered those fears in the best possible way. Working with Adam was hands-down the best part of my home-buying journey. From the moment we connected, Adam put me at ease with his warm, personable nature — I immediately knew I was in good hands. As someone searching for a home from out of state, I half-expected to feel disconnected or forgotten. But not with Adam. He kept in constant contact, updating me regularly, answering every question (big or small), and truly making me feel like a priority, no matter the distance. Adam was incredibly generous with his knowledge of the market, and equally generous with his network — offering trusted contacts for everything from inspections to local services. His experience and insight were invaluable and made the entire process so much smoother. What really stood out to me was Adam’s commitment. The Best Decision We Made During Our Home Purchase

Buying this home was the fourth home purchase of my life, and for every previous purchase, I chose not to use a real estate agent. Kirk and his team were quick to answer any questions we had as first time home sellers. The process as a whole went very smooth and communication was top notch the whole time. Highlights include Kirk coming over to the house to inspect the home for himself before listing, easy to work e-signing documents and getting an offer on the house in just a few days. I would recommend Kirk and his team to anyone especially military members like myself!

Great communication, Always available!

Having Rachel as my agent was great. Her communication was excellent. She always made herself available in case I had questions, or needed a better explanation on certain things. Rachel was also very knowledgeable about the home buying process, and what to expect. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my experience, and glad I was able to get the home I wanted.
