Cheryl worked with me remotely. She listened well and asked the right questions so that she could find my home. Rene was very organized and knowledgeable. Since this is our first home, we were nervous and didnt really know how the system worked, but Rene gave us peace of mind. She explained all our options and gave us everything in layman's terms so we didnt feel so lost. The process does take a while, finding that perfect property sometimes comes with a wait and see mindset. Every house we declined/disliked got us closer to our true home. Rene was on top of it! Working with Rob was the best experience we could have hoped for when looking for a house. Rob advocated for us while negotiating with the seller, and he sprayed for bugs and identified the trees and plants in our yard once the home was ours.
