Having Mark as your realtor is like having an older brother. He doesn’t let you get pushed around and he has your best interest at heart. Now that I’ve got a home Mark has answered my questions and given me helpful options making ownership easier.

Working with Shawn has been an outstanding experience from start to finish. She moves with incredible speed, taking action the moment something is needed and staying fully engaged throughout the entire process. This is the second time I've worked with Jim. Last year we purchased a home, and this year I sold another property. Both experiences were absolutely perfect. Cheryl worked with me remotely. She listened well and asked the right questions so that she could find my home. She took pictures and videos, called and talked to other agents, and communicated extremely well through the phone, texting, and email. Within a very short timeframe, she found the home we purchased. Cheryl also did the walk through and met with inspectors and installers so that the home was ready for our family to move in. Once again, all this was done remotely! She is extremely pleasant, highly knowledgeable about the current market, professional, and very hard working. I would highly recommend Cheryl to any potential buyer or seller.

Working with Rob was the best experience we could have hoped for when looking for a house. Rob listened to our list of desires and tirelessly presented options and marathoned viewing appointments with us until we found the perfect home. Rob advocated for us while negotiating with the seller, and he sprayed for bugs and identified the trees and plants in our yard once the home was ours. You know that Rob truly cares about his clients! We have found or forever home but if anything ever changes we know we can depend on Rob Davis to help us again.

Ralph was very helpful in reviewing the purchase agreement and in making suggestions for addendum. He was accessible and responsive. He was very open to answering any questions and consulting us accordingly.
