John Kroeker has been our realtor for multiple house transactions over the last 14 years. John is the consummate professional, knows the area and the industry better than anyone we’ve met previously and cares about your experience. We’ve worked with him during both good and challenging markets and he’s always provided the greatest possible results. We appreciate him and his team very much. You won’t find a better realtor.

Working with Rob was the best experience we could have hoped for when looking for a house. Rob listened to our list of desires and tirelessly presented options and marathoned viewing appointments with us until we found the perfect home. Rob advocated for us while negotiating with the seller, and he sprayed for bugs and identified the trees and plants in our yard once the home was ours. You know that Rob truly cares about his clients! We have found or forever home but if anything ever changes we know we can depend on Rob Davis to help us again.

The team at Parkway was great, selling my home was a very personal event and they made me feel comfortable during the process. They were on point with marketing and priced it to my advantage. There were speedbumps during the sale but they bent over backwards to accommodate and make the sale. I truly felt like they were my personal real estate team when I chose to sell my home.

Jake McGuire recently sold a house for me in Lees Summit. He's one of the most positive, knowledgeable, honest and trust worthy agents I've ever worked with. Jake quickly posted a nice sign in my yard and did a fantastic job with the marketing. Within a few days he brought me multiple offers above my asking price. I also purchased a new house through him. I never felt obligated or pressured to make a decision with him. I highly recommend Jake McGuire to anyone needing a to buy or sell a house!
