Dan proved to be an excellent Real Estate agent in the sale of my home fall '17. He was very detail oriented in researching comps, very responsive, easy to work with, represented my interests in the negotiations, provided great follow up, and went above and beyond in many ways. He is also very willing to share his wealth of knowledge about local contractors who are good and fair (if you have any 'fix-it/upgrade' needs). I was very happy to work with and get to know Dan - I felt as though I made a friend along the way, and I would highly recommend him!

We met Alicia and Brian by chance at an open house. We didn't realize how lucky we were until she showed us the house of our dreams. But the road was long and we were picky. Alicia is most definitely an advocate for her clients. She would find a house and make sure that we understood both the pluses and the minuses about a house. Once it came down to actually buying our house she let us know exactly what was happening step by step. We were never caught unawares. In the end we not only had an incredible experience with a great team but also made great friends. We will forever be thankful for all that Alicia and Brian did to assist us in finding our dream home.
