Although neither myself nor Katie intended for the sale to so hard, it was a constant battle of dealing with tough buyers, an uncooperative buyers agent, the City of Leawood on occupancy permits, and many subcontractors, handyman, electricians, sewer people, and even a rogue 3rd party.
