Blair, was knowledgeable the areas we considered, if he could not answer a particular question at the time he, researched and let us know of his finding. But, most of all Blair listened, without pressure, we felt like he genuinely cared for us. As we, have not purchased a home in over thirty years, he made what could have been a totally chaotic situation surprisingly easy.
