Having Mark as your realtor is like having an older brother. He doesn’t let you get pushed around and he has your best interest at heart. I now count Mark as a friend and appreciate the connections and experiences he has gained over a long and successful career. Now that I’ve got a home Mark has answered my questions and given me helpful options making ownership easier.

Katie was so wonderful to work with. She is knowledgeable about the area, working with military, and all of the steps to buying a house. She helped make the process stress free and relatively painless. Plus, she is just so kind, friendly, and personable.

Cheryl worked with me remotely. She listened well and asked the right questions so that she could find my home. She took pictures and videos, called and talked to other agents, and communicated extremely well through the phone, texting, and email. Within a very short timeframe, she found the home we purchased. Cheryl also did the walk through and met with inspectors and installers so that the home was ready for our family to move in. Once again, all this was done remotely! She is extremely pleasant, highly knowledgeable about the current market, professional, and very hard working. I would highly recommend Cheryl to any potential buyer or seller.

It took as forever to find the perfect house and Kelli was eager to work with us for over 2 years! She was very responsive to all of our inquiries; knew the various communities that we viewed; provided us with answers to all of the many questions that we asked and was so very pleasant each time we met. By being on top of her game, she saw the very day our forever home came on the market; met us on a Sunday; took care of all of the details, paperwork and disclosures (oh my, what a big job that is); coached and carried us through until the home became ours on May 25. This is the second time I've worked with Jim. Last year we purchased a home, and this year I sold another property. Both experiences were absolutely perfect. I never had to worry about anything around the house, I knew that Jim had it all handled. He was key in helping me receive the max dollars from my property and recommended key improvements that resulted in a home that sold at a price exceeding my expectations. I will be recommending Jim to any friend/colleague that needs to buy or sell a home. Anything he says - just do it. He knows what he is doing and has such a wealth of experience and is driven to make the experience the best for whomever he represents. I truly believe there couldn't be a better realtor out there. I'm still amazed at how this experience went while there was a global pandemic going on - bottom line - Listen and work with Jim :) He knows what he is doing and he's got it all under control. We wish we could explain the many ways that Eric Mein is an amazing, attentive, and knowledgeable realtor in our small review. His experience from years of building, remodeling, selling, and buying homes proved to be invaluable in our home search and purchase. He took the time to educate us on what to look at that realtors don’t and don’t even know to investigate because they have never built homes! His keen eye kept us from pursuing a home that he knew would have issues come inspection time (and it did). There is little he wasn’t versed on. Eric was very patient with our search and takes the time to educate you on the home buying process. He is very responsive and timely when responding to questions and was quick to book showings which was crucial in the fast-paced market we were dealing with. Because of the many properties he has been involved in, his knowledge of contracts and negotiating skills are innate! Many are licensed realtors, but few are as thorough and cultivated in the field as Eric. He truly has your interests in mind and will go to work for you.

Rene was very organized and knowledgeable. Since this is our first home, we were nervous and didnt really know how the system worked, but Rene gave us peace of mind. She explained all our options and gave us everything in layman's terms so we didnt feel so lost. The process does take a while, finding that perfect property sometimes comes with a wait and see mindset. Every house we declined/disliked got us closer to our true home. Rene was on top of it! She kept finding houses that fit our budget and desired accommodations and eventually we found this one and it felt like a no-brainer. The wait was worth it! Working with Rene feels like working with an old friend. She's friendly and kind and very committed to finding people the home they actually get to call home. I would recommend Rene to anyone who is first time buying or just looking to move and find something new! The process was so easy after Rene explained everything to us.
