She gives excellent advice, she's patient and professional, she has a great support staff who go above and beyond to make sure that your house is in the best shape to attain the best possible price. They kept us advised of everything they were doing, and whether their efforts were paying off--they did an amazing job. Best of all, Kelli is kind and compassionate but she's also completely ethical and trustworthy--which sadly is not always the case. I always highly recommend Kelli to all of my family and friends. Our family was trying to make some long-range choices in housing, which involved us exploring several different options. Kelli patiently showed us house after house, she candidly gave us her professional opinions about each option, and never once even hinted that we were taking up loads of her time without a sale in sight. She genuinely wanted us to find the absolute right fit--which we did eventually. As for her professionalism, we had a potential buyer for our home who tried to do some underhanded maneuvering, and while I think most people would have been happy to angrily vent about how rotten & sneaky that was (I certainly would have!), Kelli always remained above the fray and the consummate professional in how she dealt with it. She's a 10 out of 10, highly recommend!

Working with Rob was the best experience we could have hoped for when looking for a house. Rob listened to our list of desires and tirelessly presented options and marathoned viewing appointments with us until we found the perfect home. Rob advocated for us while negotiating with the seller, and he sprayed for bugs and identified the trees and plants in our yard once the home was ours. Ron and his team did an outstanding job of marketing our property and driving prospective buyers to our property. From the day we discussed putting our home on the market, Ron skillfully and professionally advised us on every aspect of getting our home prepared for sale and eventually sold. They did a great job of advising us on staging and sale perpetration. In addition to beautiful MLS listing, they put on the full court press of social media, contacting potential buyers from lists of clients searching for similar homes and mailing notices to people in our Nottingham Place area.
