I have purchased and sold multiple houses with Crystal. I would not want to buy a house without her. The value that a good real estate agent brings to the buying and selling process is unmeasurable, and Crystal is a great real estate agent. She is well rounded in all aspects of the industry: the financing, the purchase, the sale, the investment, the expense, the contractors, the appraisals, the inspections. She sees what you won’t and she knows what you don’t, and she shares that knowledge. Her eyes see things, and she will bring them to your attention. She will not concern herself with a sale, or a buy, but the value she brings to the buyer and to the seller. She is not a salesperson, she is a people person. She cares about the end result for the people and wants them to be informed and prepared with no surprises. That is invaluable in a real estate purchase. I wouldn’t want to buy (or sell) a house without her and you shouldn’t either.
